Myla believes that everyone deserves to experience peace and joy, even at work. She leverages her strategic planning and organizational management skills to help drive BE’s productivity and efficiency, and she does this by building and maintaining systematic processes that provide the team with the clarity and guidance to deliver clients and each other a standard of excellence. 

Myla is an experienced project management and operations professional with a background in policy and program design, communications, data analysis and reporting, relationship management, community advocacy, and business development. She also has an intuitive way of connecting with people and supports the BE team by bringing a passionate, enthusiastic, and positive energy to the challenging work of creating the most thoughtful, intentional, inclusive, and equitable spaces for people to thrive.  

When she is not uplifting and organizing at work, Myla enjoys creating core memories with her husband and two children.

If you could make three new laws, what would they be?

Universal housing, nutrition, and healthcare that is safe, clean, equitable, and accessible.

If more people were like you, what would the world look like? Would it be a better place?

The world would be a more thoughtful place where honest conversations and positive, genuine connections are cultivated, appreciated, and intentional. 

What are you most proud of and why?

I am most proud of my roles as a wife and a mother. My family means everything to me, and my children have completely changed my worldview. I want to do all that I can to impact the world so they experience kindness, safety, and feel like they belong.
