Our inclusive leadership learning experiences provide people leaders with a practical framework to understand and embody the characteristics of inclusive leadership through the pillars of connection, activation, and bravery. Leaders learn skills such as self-awareness, empathy, and how to leverage their power to support building greater connection, activation, and bravery on their teams and in their organization.

ACTIVATING Equity IN TALENT MANAGEMENT

This learning experience address the biases and barriers that limit access, advancement and career development that can be directly linked to the talent management process. Learners will be introduced to key bias mitigation strategies and will be provided frameworks, tools, and resources to ensure equitable access and opportunity for all throughout the talent managment process.

DISRUPTING BIAS

Our learning experiences on bias help learners understand how our bias and automatic assumptions influence our interactions and decision-making in the workplace. In these sessions, Learners will be introduced to the Be Equitable PAUSE framework that supports ways to identify bias as well as how to disrupt and mitigate it at the individual, team, and organization level.
