In a series of six short videos, the Press PAUSE™ video series allows you to create micro-learning opportunities for disrupting bias by walking participants through each stage of the PAUSE™ model. Unconscious Bias training is only successful if it is continuously reinforced to become habit. This performance support tool is designed to provide continuous reinforcement of skills learned in previous unconscious bias trainings. This tool is accessible on a range of devices via your organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
