The private TTT program is for organizations looking to train 4 or more facilitators with a tailored experience. Participants will be trained to deliver a 2-hour Bias course.
The content can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization. This is ideal for organizations planning large-scale learning initiatives, typically involving 1,000+ individuals.

Facilitate the Exploring Everyday Bias course, either independently or as a co-facilitator.
Teach the science of bias, exploring how it forms in the brain and within societal systems, its impact, and the related concepts that shape our behaviors and decisions.
Use storytelling as a powerful tool to illustrate bias in action, especially within your workplace or industry, while empowering others to share their personal stories.
Teach and apply the Be Equitable PAUSE Model as an effective bias mitigation strategy for addressing bias in one-on-one conversations, team dynamics, and driving systems change within the workplace.
Self-assessments to measure success
Ongoing support for the organization, including tools to rollout and communicate training with current trainers and future learners
