Our relationship-focused approach to consulting aims to make your IDEA efforts intentional, inclusive, and impactful for your organization.

Be Equitable offers a wide range of services.

GUIDANCE & ADVISORY

We provide the guidance to support with activation of your IDEA strategy and to create pathways for organizational learning success. Including executive, leader and Board engagement; communications consultation; governance structure development; as well as coaching on how to deliver learning experiences throughout your organization.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

The impact of IDEA work is complex and vast, even within a single organization. That’s why we use a collaborative human-centered strategic planning process to develop your organization’s IDEA strategy inclusively and intentionally. By the end of the process, we will identify the pathway forward, as well as provide guidance and support for strategy implementation.
