Our racial equity offerings focus on bringing equity to workplaces by working through the systemic issues that exist due to racism. We don’t shy away from acknowledging that racism impacts how we live our daily lives.

    Disrupting Racism Keynote - One-hour or 90 minute virtual keynote designed to give participants common language, shared experience and historical context to understanding what is needed to move workplaces towards equity.

    Racial Equity Facilitated Dialogue - Two-hour virtual facilitated dialogue allows participants to think, listen, share and learn about how race impacts our lives in and out of the workplace. This interactive dialogue just recieved an overhaul (July 2023) to support the ever changing racial climate.

    Exploring Everyday Bias Through the Lens of Race - Two-hour or 90 minute virtual instructor led training is an introductory course that helps learners develop an awarness of racial bias in the workplace, and provides skills to help mitigate that bias in the future.
