​Shari Davis believes her personal life mission is aptly described by Dr. Martin Luther King’s quote, “All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence.”​ Shari is a senior executive consultant and coach with 30+ years of experience effectively employing IDEA organizational assessments, education, and consulting to guide executives, board members, leaders, and teams through exploration, visioning, and competency development to build inclusive and equitable cultures and strengthen team and organizational cohesiveness. Shari leads project teams who partner with clients to plan and implement systematic assessment approaches, strategic planning, and learning experiences – all designed to establish the building blocks that enable organizations to shape IDEA strategies that align with organizational values and mission and drive business results.​​

​Shari has held several leadership roles to include serving as Director of Client Services and Principal Consultant with Be Equitable, President of VentureHCM, a human capital management consultancy, and Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) with a multinational business IT solutions firm. She holds an MS in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland, and several human resources, leadership, and team assessment tool certifications.​
