Learning & dialogues

Learning and unlearning is an important step in creating and sustaining equitable and inclusive cultures. Research shows that these initiatives work best when it takes place over time to allow for the building and maturing of new skills and behaviors.

Train the Trainer

The Train the Trainer (TTT) program at Be Equitable equips learners with the tools they need to deliver impactful learning experiences. The TTT program is a 4-day interactive virtual course with direct support from experienced Be Equitable consultants.

We not only support learners, but also your organization by providing step-by-step guidance to implement the TTT program.
